"I have used this florist several times and have had good experiences, however when I had flowers sent the last time, they recommended to let them choose the flowers for my bouquet. They said most people did that, after I asked what kind of flowers and colors, etc.. The bouquet was disappointing and when I saw them in person two days later, they were embarrassingly dying off. I know that a business can’t be 100% in quality control but if the sales person had been more helpful, perhaps I would have gotten nicer flowers."
