"I followed simply floras for a long time before we hired her as our decorated. I has such high hopes but it just wasn't what I imagined. There was nothing traditional about our wedding so we decided on a candle forward ceremony and reception rather than flowers. Unfortunately we weren't able to execute this. I know they did the best they could given the things that went wrong. I just wished they contacted me for clarification. I know they were trying to spar me a distress call and that everyone is different, but I would have much referred to have had my vision even if it meant being a little more stressed the day off."

"We had a very intimate wedding of 75 people. Simply decorated our ceremony space and our reception space the decor was amazing and we loved every bit of it. We didn’t want the extravagant decor and because of that the customer experience was poor.There was barely an introduction from the decorator and it was very impersonal. We felt like if we would have spent more we would have felt appreciated for our business. They aren’t cheap and for us to have spent thousands we should have been handled way better. They were rude to our wedding coordinator and not willing to complete the look with anything extra we supplied although they said they would when we discussed it the day before."

"Brittani was very professional! She responded to my emails in a timely manner confirmed all of the many changes I made for my wedding day. The flowers were beautiful and she did a wonderful job on our sweetheart table!"

"My bouquets were delivered to my Church and we were missing 2 bouquets which were for my daughter and stepdaughter. Our children had to walk down the aisle as well as take pictures without any flowers. I was very upset and pissed and when I see our pictures I will be upset all over again because these are memories that I will never get back. Although the bouquets we're beautiful, I just can't imagine not double checking to make sure that all bouquets were accounted for. I did notify them ASAP and the bouquets were delivered to the venue of my reception along with a $75 check. At that point, we didn't need the flowers. I'm not saying necessarily that they shouldn't be recommended but since I had a problem I would not recommend them. Other than that, the bouquets were beautiful and both owners, mother and daughter are very friendly, courteous and personable."
