"Staff can be rude at times and often very bitc*y. Wouldn’t hurt to be a little more organized as well. Decent therapist but I’ve had better. Small things that could turn this two into a 5 if they just cared to fix them tbh. But it doesn’t seem that way as my complaints have happened more than one occasion. Over all mediocre. Fix your problems! I’m not the only one telling you this."

"My experience working briefly at HE mirrors previous reviews. I was not given a final paycheck for my time worked - this is wage theft! Furthermore, I drove my personal vehicle a lot to help a client and was not reimbursed for mileage, as was promised during training. I’m still owed quite a bit of money from this business, and this has been reported to the State. I was told to revise case notes AFTER being locked out of the case notes system. Communication is nonexistent or irregular between supervisors and workers."

"Very unorganized practice in my opinion. I worked with this practice and was not paid for my services rendered. I was not provided information on how to perform the job task until the very end. I had meetings, supervisions, and time spent that I was not compensated for. When I asked for my monies, I was told that I had to complete notes however I had been locked out of the system. Meetings, supervisions, and time spent do not require notes. This seems to be their MO."

"I worked here as an employee and it was a horrible experience with Dr.Alice and the supervisor she chose. I worked there for three weeks and was NEVER paid for any of my time after seeing clients, having supervision and trainings. I quit and they still owe me 1,200 dollars. I am 7 months pregnant and they tried to take advantage of me. This business is very unfair, unprofessional, and VERY unethical. until I get paid, the state will be informed."
