"Asked about a part said they didn't have it and just hung up on me. Very rude wouldn't do business with them"
"Praise the Lord hallelujah good morning they are great they got parts for you too anything you need they got it thank you Jesus"
"This listing needs to be updated ASAP the yard listed B & H is no longer in business !! When you get to the address on 1500 Pulaski hwy you are then given directions to another yard about 4 miles away that’s under new name & ownership and it’ is no longer a self service yard!"
"They are organized, POLITE, and very "tidy" (as scrap yards go). They are also quite helpful if you have mistakenly put something more valuable in a lesser value pile... Honesty is a good thing."
"Went looking for some parts for my jeep Cherokee got to the location on Pulaski highway and was then directed to a different location for car parts about 3 1/2 miles away. when I got there I noticed a sign saying to go to the other side so I did and then noticed that door was locked to and was greeted by somebody opening the window saying “here”. I proceeded to step up to the window where the rude man asked what I needed and while I was still confused at the idea of being served through the window I got my thoughts together and Asked for what I came for and he demanding to know if that he found the parts that I would buy them and I said if the condition was right. He then got on the walkie-talkie and paged somebody about three times while I sat there with my head through a window. I didn’t hear any response from the radio and by that time I already had enough so I said thanks anyway and left, horrible customer service employees with attitude won’t be spending my money here"
