"Dennis is particularly good at not being helpful. If you want the right part, make sure to look up the part number because he is not willing to help you out in scenarios where you need to be creative. (Needed a marker light pigtail for a Dodge Viper but a pigtail from a Chrysler 200 ABS sensor will interchange). I knew this going into the store and even asked to sift through his inventory of Chrysler connectors. He wasn’t even willing to try to help. I was forced to lookup the part myself and provide it to him. He was very surprised that they did have the part. I was not surprised because every time I deal with Dennis, or Norm (thank god he retired) it’s the most painstaking experience. I’d rather jump into a cactus bush with no clothes on than deal with these guys. Napa if you read your reviews please get some employees in there that are better problem solvers. They’re also very understaffed."
