"I came in because my battery died twice in one day and I suspected it was toast. Ben helped me, confirmed that it was in fact, real dead, and helped me with deciding on a new battery. What I was really impressed with was the time and care he took putting the new one in for me. He explained what he was doing and what to look out for since I'd had corrosion on the last one. He was very thorough in making sure he replaced rusted out screws etc for me and treating the new battery to resist the corrosion. I really appreciated his work, and that he didn't try to sell me on some top level battery that I didn't need! Next time I need something I'll definitely come back to this store."
