"The body shop where my truck is, called on Wed. Nov 27th for a frame, then called again on Fri Nov 29th still nothing. I called on Tues Dec 3rd and they said it should be there between 2 ~ 3 , it hot there at 3:30. I understand about Thanksgiving, but damn a week to deliver a frame. The drive is only 2 1/2 hrs. If it was goin to take a week, because you were combining runs, you should have told the body shop guy."

"I have never been treated or talked to so poorly!! I was told by a mechanic that I needed an ac pump went to eagles to buy the part.. The first two came in broken and the third got there ok I guess. In the mean time my alternator tore up having that fixed they informed me that was the issue not the ac pump.. knowing there was a 20% restock fee I went to get my money back .. the bald headed man immediately started talking to me with such an attitude that I ordered a part I didn’t need” like I knew I listened to the mechanic” and said I refused the part twice.. I had to argue the point that he ordered two broken parts how was that my fault? I also paid cash and he informed me that I get a check back.. I said how when I paid cash he said you didn’t ask and maybe Walmart does that.. anywho there was an argument where informed him to give me my damn money and I would never deal with them again.. o and he needs to get a personality!! I say I would never recommend them, very poor customer care, and being treated like trash!!! Worst service EVER!!!!!"
