"First time coming in today. Flowers were sensibly priced in my opinion. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable the saleswoman was. Not only did she make a great arrangement but offered a variety of ribbons to keep them together. She even offered us a water source to keep the flowers hydrated. The shop itself had a charm to it with the art and various vases arranged to look like a welcoming room from an old friends home."

"Overall dissatisfied with the flowers I ordered for my wife for our anniversary. I was out of town and wanted the arrangement to be special. When it arrived, the arrangement looked like sticks in a vase and not a single Lilly was open. It’s been a week and only 1/2 have opened and the rest look like they are dying. Very disappointed…not worth the money paid."

"Judy and her staff not only do BEAUTIFUL arrangements, but go above and beyond with their deliveries! I had an Anniversary arrangement sent to my parents yesterday. They were at lunch and didn't know about the flowers. Lexie, who made the delivery, left them a voice mail to alert them that there were flowers left on the bench by the door -- such a great touch! The arrangement was perfection. I HIGHLY recommend Flowers by the Greenery -- you won't be disappointed!"

"I ordered a bouquet of flowers on Sat or Sun, for my husband to be delivered to his work on Tues. He works at Chester Co Hospital. So I made it to be addressed there. I got a voice-mail stating he's not a patient there and there gonna cancel my order. I called them to tell them hes not a patient, he works there. The lady on the phone was not the nicest on the phone about it and giving me an attitude. Sorry I didn't specify "Employee" when ordering, didn't need to be rude about it. I wanted them delivered Tues but they were delivered today, no biggie. Flowers turned out gorgeous anyway. Arrangement on point, customer service could use some work."

"VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY & CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Within a few minutes of submitting my online order I received a call from a sweet woman letting me know that her current inventory didn't exactly match the picture on the website and she asked if I had any preferences on colors/flowers. Since the flowers were being delivered to the hospital she even asked about any respiratory concerns as she wanted to be sure she didn't use any flowers that could upset a condition further. My order was delivered within 2 hours of ordering and they were absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much!!!"
