They had experienced a loss in their family suddenly, so we stopped by Anthony’s the next morning and on such short notice they were able to create something for us in a few minutes. And, it was gorgeous! Great customer service and beautiful products too."

"Absolutely the best florist here on the Eastern Shore! I had flowers delivered to my girlfriend on a very cold and windy day. They went above and beyond the “florist call” and were kind enough to call her to ask where to have them placed since she wouldn’t be home. They were so concerned and considerate of making sure their masterpiece and hard work was delivered and received the way it should...absolutely perfect! What makes it even better is they called more than once to clarify and verify! I’d order from them again and again just for that kind of customer service. "I had the BEST experience when ordering with Anthony's Flowers yesterday for my sister's birthday. Marisa took my phone order. She was extremely thorough, patient and efficient. My request was last minute, and custom - she went above and beyond to ensure the most beautiful arrangement was delivered to my sister's office by lunchtime. Marisa helped me to draft the personal note, and the arrangement included a beautiful hand-written message, even after calling at the last minute to add another name to the greeting's signature. "I almost hate to write this review. I have been dealing with Anthony's for many years, buying all of my flower arrangements and being very satisfied. But now I had a problem. I am in charge of our church's building and grounds. One responsibility is the landscaping of the property. Over the years , the landscaping has deteriorated and now needs upgrading. Based on my relationship with Anthony's, I called and asked if they would be interested. I called on a Wednesday and was told that Tom would call me. By Friday, I had not received a call, so i called again and this time i did talk to Tom. He said yes he was interested and we made an appointment for the following Wednesday a 9:30.AM at the church which Tom said he was familiar with.. I arrived early on the agreed date and waited for Tom. When it go to be 9:55, I called Anthony's and asked if her was there. He wasn't, but they gave me his cell number. I called Tom and he said that he had an emergency mulch order to deliver. I have a business and I understand emergencies, but I also understand that I should at least call the customer and tell him I would be late. Not the case here. He did offer to come over right away and asked where I was. It was obvious that he had forgotten about the appointment. Since I had another appointment, and he was not close by. I had to say no. What bothers me here is that I was ignored/forgotten on two occasions and never even heard the word "Sorry". Now I am not comfortable going back for either another try for the landscaping and I will probably end up getting my floral arrangements elsewhere. ."
