"If you order online for delivery, Pike Creek Flowers doesn't deliver their own orders. Their sister shop, Christiana Flowers, completes all deliveries. I received a phone call from Christiana assumed it was a scam."

"Worst florist ever, ordered on line got a confirmation that the order was placed tried calling thur out the day no answer finally reached them after I sent and email and she said she never got my order, refunded my money at 530 pm. The flowers were for a birthday I would highly recommend not using the florist, it doesn’t even deserve one star"

"I ordered special flowers for my fiance for Valentine's day, an arrangement which I thought looked really cool, but not only did they arrive at the end of the day, but they were the complete wrong arrangement. Not even close to what I ordered. And I paid for the middle grade, and what I received looks like the base version. They're still nice, but I didn't want them and I have no time to return them. Wouldn't go here ever again"

"I ordered flowers for my best friend for her birthday and everything went smooth until day of delivery . I will admit it was my fault for delivery . So I accidentally gave them her neighbors address and they were delivered and left there . And I got a phone call saying they were delivered but it was the wrong house ( wrong person when door was knocked on ) . So they left the flowers out front and called my friend to let her know ,And called her 4 times . So I tried to call the store for an hour straight off and on with no luck getting through... Finally I got a call from my friend that she got them ( after she listened finally listened to her voicemail ) . When I got a pic of the flowers they looked nothing like the photo from what I ordered . They were wilting and it looked messy and thrown together without care . When I called to complain I got sent to the owner . When I Asked to see if I could arrange to get a refund or another sent . She told me she didn't understand the problem and that i got all the flowers in the arrangement and that the problem was just the angle of picture. And that the reason for them drooping was from them being cut , and being left outside for an hour .... This wasn't worth the $50 spent ."
