"i love my provider that i see, but i only come here because she had to transfer offices. it is IMPOSSIBLE to get someone over the phone, and it always ends up with me waiting to reach someone for 45 mins - 1 hr and i do NOT understand why. like my insurance company picks up the phone faster than them. this is an issue for me and honestly it is ridiculous. someone needs to do something about it because i should not have to wait that long for a 10 min phone conversation, or even a 2 min phone conversation JUST to make an appointment."

"I’ve used LifeStance over the past several years for grief, tragedy, self-growth and empowerment. I’ve had 3 different therapists over this time span but have found their different styles very helpful. They did a nice job of matching me up with these therapists. I’ve not had a very good experience with communication or returned telephone calls from the main number or billing and this needs to be improved upon. Overall, I do recommend LifeStance for therapy to help individuals with any issues in life."
