"I took my Xbox one there to get fixed, because it kept shutting off. I told them it was probably just the power supply. Well they had a guy look at it . About 3 weeks later I got it back they supposedly fixed it. Well everything was loose and it kept doing the same thing. So I took it back. I even traded another system to pay for the repairs. Another 2 weeks later I got it back, and it was doing the same thing. So I just bought a power supply and it worked. Other than that the guys that work there are very knowledgeable the owner is very helpful. I will still go there for buying games and other stuff. But I think they need someone else to fix there systems"

"4 weeks ago, my son took his game boy to these guys to get it fixed. Worked with the young guy at the shop. My son signed a paper and paid $40. They never called to say it was fixed. He went up to get it back yesterday. They never fixed it and now won't refund his money. My son works for his money he uses in their shop. I think it's a damn shame they took my 11 year olds money like that. I'm sorry recommended this shop to anyone. I won't be back for anything else...after I go in any get my son's money back."
