"The staff is rude. The doctor seems not to listen very well. I told him that I needed something to sleep and he gives me anxiety and antidepressant medication I was prescribed the wrong medication and now I'm suffering from the side effects."

"I’m a new patient at this practice and so far, I’m satisfied. My job transferred me to Delaware a month ago and Dr Bianchi came highly recommended by co workers. I obviously read the reviews and did my research before scheduling an appointment. What I find amusing at some of these posts is that every negative review is hiding behind initials or a “fake name”. Sure, ever business has it’s opportunities for improvement but to personally attack someone (and their wife) just speaks to that person’s character. My only recommendation is for the staff to keep you updated when they are running behind. But then again, a busy practice is a good sign that you are in good hands of a good doctor and their staff, or else the waiting room would be empty. Oh! And to the lady who was screaming at the girl behind the desk because three months ago YOU forgot to get a document authorization, poor planning on your part doesn’t constitute an emergency on theirs!!"

I was nervous about switching to a new doctor after spending 13 years with my old family physician, but your office staff's warm and friendly welcome made me feel immediately at ease. Your wait is a little long, but I understand why now. I never felt rushed or like "just another patient"."

I don’t mind waiting a few minutes for my appointments, because I know that’s what happens with doctors who always take time to listen to their patients and never make them feel like they’re being rushed out the door. "He hounds me for appointments I don’t need over and over again. I’m a healthy young person there is no reason I should need to see a doctor as frequently as he tries to schedule me He threatens to withhold prescriptions that I’ve been taking for almost a decade that none of my previous doctors have needed to monitor, it’s a generic medication with limited health risks, the only reason he threatens to not write my prescription is so that I have to pay $$$ to have a “visit” with him in his office. I put visit in quotations because no matter what time I schedule it for it’s almost over an hour in the waiting room until I get see him, and he pops his head in to say I’m healthy and then leaves. I found a different doctor and I’m so much happier now."
