"We were hopeful that the food might match the lovely patio and view but unfortunately, that was not the case. The food was simply not good at all. Every item tasted like it had been reheated, not fresh and not made that day. Our food was not hot when it was served, the ribs were tough and there was a hair in the crab dip. Very disappointed and although this is very close by for us, we will not be back any time soon. Aside from the beautiful view, the only other positive comment I have is that our server was very kind and attentive."
"Wife and I had a very enjoyable dinner tonight on the outside terrace on a lovely night. Food was excellent, service was great and the “new fashions” bourbon drink was right on the mark!! Highly recommend for a fun date night!!"
"Good food, drinks and service! The patio is really nice during summertime, especially around sunset."
"Worst dining experience ever. A week before Christmas and the night before the second shut down we wanted to support a local business and leave someone a large tip. We got there about 5:00 and the sign out front said seat yourself. The dining room was empty except for two people so we chose a two top. The serve came over and said without a reservation we had to sit outside but there were heaters. So we moved outside to sit on freezing iron chairs. We figured it would be fine since their was hardly anyone be there so we would be served quickly. Since we were not quite ready to order we asked for a few minutes, it took at least 15 -20 minutes for her to come back. We ordered crab dip as an appetizer and the lobster ravioli which came with a salad and shrimp cocktail and a burger. It took quite a while before our food came out. The crab dip was way too rich to eat more then one or two bites. The honey mustard dressing for the salad was more or less just mustard and inedible. The shrimp cocktail was obviously not fresh as the cocktail sauce was still frozen solid. To spite this we were looking forward to our meal. When it finally came out we were excited to see it was hot since by this time we were freezing to spite the heaters. Our excitement was short lived when we discovered the lobster ravioli was huge noodles with a tiny bit if filling covered in what tasted like cheap flavorless jar sauce and the burger was incredibly dry. Normally we do not allow the quality of food to dictate our tip however we were there almost two hours, server only came out to take our order, bring our good and bring our bill and never to check if we needed anything. After leave a basic 15% we left to thaw out in our car. In should be noted that we were seated just outside the windows and the entire time we were there, there was never more then two tables filled so they obviously did not have enough reservations to warrent seating is outside in 40 degrees."
"Went to this restaurant to eat and was told that they were at full capacity when I could see at least four tables open. Not even given the chance to get on a waitlist. The waiter said he could “check with Mike but he was pretty sure they were filled to capacity”. How can you be filled to capacity with so many empty tables? Very poor customer service. Don’t bother with this place because they are filled to capacity even when they are not."
