"Unfortunately the parking lot layout and morning rush are enemies. Only a few cars are able to fit off the street at time leading to backed up traffic on oak (and cars sometimes not so safely going around the cars waiting to turn into the lot). That being said the times I’ve stopped during morning rush they are efficient while still getting my order right."
"Forgot my debit card and realized pulling my car around after ordering. I was embarrassed. I asked if they could put my drink to the side. I would be right back. The young gentleman working the window and the young woman with him were beyond kind. They gave me the drink free of cost. Now as someone who has the luck of a black cat, I was feeling extremely grateful for them both. I hadn't asked, they just did. Very thoughtful workers."
