"After a week of waiting and only one day before my appointment, this office called and left me a voice mail canceling my appointment. They basically professionally diagnosed me based on my 1 minute telephone call with the receptionist. No one from the office bothered to call me to ask me further questions to clarify what my medical condition was before making the decision to cancel my appointment. Extremely unprofessional, poor customer service, poor patient treatment and inhumane. 1 star is generous. No more Penn Medicine for me."
