"Very disappointed on the overall service on my very first obgyn appointment. I was told I need to see a maternal fetal medicine (MFM)specialist due to high risk pregnancy. The attending OB said I will get a call from MFM office to schedule an ultrasound. Two days passed by but I never heard from anyone. I called their office and left a voice message, also send a message to the OB. They said they have send my referral to the MFM office already and gave me MFM office’s number so that I can check on my referral status. To my surprise, the MFM office said they have never received any ultrasound request from my OB. What a utter lie! I am so frustrated and disappointed by the level of negligence. Why would a doctor label you as a high risk pregnancy and do not make the necessary arrangement on their part. So scared, nervous and angry right now. Highly disappointed ☹️"

"Have been going here for years and if you have the opportunity to go elsewhere, please do. Drs. Bedder and Dr Hladky are lovely and they are providers who do really care. But calling in to schedule an appointment - whew. I could not have been more of a burden to the scheduler and she let me know as much. Condescending, rude, in a rush, and not someone that inspires confidence. And their new admin process is cumbersome. You get a packet in the mail, have a 30min intake, have info that you fill out online as well. Then when you come in you still need to say - out loud in the waiting room - your sensitive information, only to be told now you will also need to scan a QR code to check in for the appt where you confirm the same information you did online ahead of time and that you just confirmed out loud to the front desk (and waiting room). And this is for a returning patient who was last here less than a year ago… There is room for improvement. Lastly, not given the opportunity to see any of the Providers I’ve seen over the past 4 years, I was paired for an appointment with a new person that I’m just going to have to re-explain all of my previous pregnancies to, etc. Just go elsewhere"

"I was sent here for difficulty with my iud. It was my third attempt to get it placed and although it didn’t work out, all of the nurses and doctors, especially Dr. Berger, were incredibly kind. Dr. Berger explained the entire procedure to me and everything that she would do and was nice during the entire experience. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience, even though the appointment was not very fun. I really recommend going here, I loved everyone in the office."

"Was called 2 1/2 hours before my appointment to reschedule it because provider has emergency, then had to wait another 2+ hours to be called back by a manager to find a time to reschedule my appointment. I had already rearranged my husband and my schedule for my original appointment and called 6 weeks in advance to be sure we could be make it. Very very disappointed as this is my first pregnancy and was supposed to be the important 12 week appointment."

"Hello, Now I do understand why they have a really bad reputation. Today my wife called the oby to make a appointment she told here that she is a patient and that she need to make a new appointment for something to check on. So the lady on the phone is not really nice my wife put me on and I trying to explain what I going on. The lady say I PUT YOU ON HOLD 6 min later the lady is coming on the phone and telling me that she is working alone today . I told here is roud to me and the lady interrupted me when I trying to explain. So my recommendation is DO NOT GO HERE. Go to a different place. And I called a displace in Georgetown and they accept my wife and is and sound much better. If I can give a 0 star I'll will do that."
