Dr. Alexander Kirifides

Dr. Alexander Kirifides is a highly skilled and experienced obstetrician and gynecologist located at 4745 Ogletown-Stanton Road in Newark, Delaware. He graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2000 and completed his residency at Christiana Hospital in 2005, where he was Chief Resident and received the Best Teaching Resident award. Dr. Kirifides is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is trained in the latest surgical techniques, including laparoscopic gynecologic surgery. He is a member of the Rules and Guidelines Committee for the Christiana Care Health System and was voted one of the top Obstetricians/Gynecologists in the 2019 Delaware Today Top Doc’s of Delaware. Dr. Kirifides is dedicated to providing personalized and compassionate care to his patients. He enjoys playing racquetball, golf, and spending time with his family.
