"I started cashing checks here when I was 18 which was 15 year ago. Never had any problems ever until the last year or so. I've gone through lengths to try and ensure I do not have to come here. Every time I walk in the woman who now works behind the counter doesn't ever seem to know what she is doing. She can't find my account even though I gave her my state ID. They can't cash my check because I hadn't cashed one in a year there. What?!?!?! The worst check cashing place now. Every time I go in I have a bad experience. They look at you like why did you even attempt to come in here?? It's a weird vibe and mad uncomfortable."

"The girls are great and always fast. My only problem is I looked on the website on Friday and saw you were open until 6. Rushed from downtown and got there at 547 pm just to see a sign that says you close at 545? On a Friday too? So then you do not close at 6. Fix the website if this is the case."

"I took a friend here to cash a government check for her foster children because it is closer to our home. After 10 min the agent claimed that the HR office was close to verify the check. And to come back on Monday. I took her to United check cashing in South Philly in the 1100 block of south broad st and they verified her check and cashed the check with no problem. And United check cashing fee is only 2% and much cheaper than this place.Good luck cashing a check here with their high fees and poor service."
