"I scheduled my appointment in advance and they gaslighted me about having it. I wrote it on my calendar and got a confirmation call. When I arrived they said they didn't have me on the schedule at all. This isn't my first issue here and I won't be coming back. They made me feel insecure and they are very unhelpful, horrible at keeping appointments. You typically have to wait 3 months to be seen. I suggest looking elsewhere."

"Dr Chatterjee has a great bedside manner but it stops and ends there. The front office appears incompetent of getting test results to the Dr and you will not get your results in any reasonable timeframe unless you call and advocate for yourself. I recently had several ultrasounds done at the end of October. It took them over a week and a half to get the results to me (and only after I called the imaging place and her office multiple times) they had them all along but she hadn’t “reviewed them yet.” Turns out I had suspicious nodules on my thyroid that needed a fine needle aspiration biopsy. Well, I had this test done on Nov 12th. I was told it would be 7-10 days. I waited the appropriate amount of time and then decided to call today since I haven’t heard anything and tomorrow is a holiday. Jessica answered my call and told me the dr “hasn’t reviewed them yet and she’ll leave a note for the dr but it might take 72 hours for her to contact me”..... I asked her when did the results come in and she told me Nov 16th. This office has had my biopsy results for over a week and a half and she still hasn’t reviewed them. What I am asking for is not unreasonable. It’s a simple yes or no, do I have cancer or not. Why this isn’t a simple task or one of priority is irresponsible, incompetent, unethical, and unacceptable. I have demanded (bc asking will get you no where) a call back from at the very least the manager and I was told someone will give me a call back today.... we‘ll see. Jessica then told me to “have a fabulous day” as if I’m the problem for advocating for myself. Completely unprofessional and once I get my results I will not be returning to this office. Update: Thankfully, the office manager called within the hour and kindly told me that my biopsy was normal. All of this for a 30 second phone call that I would have probably never received if I hadn’t advocated for myself."

"Dr. Chatterjee has the best bedside manner of any dr. I’ve been to in a long time. She was so kind, patient, and compassionate. I highly recommend her, though I will note the office was running ~1hr behind schedule."

I absolutely loved her bedside manner and compassion. She took her time to explain everything to me and was very empathetic. I really hate going to the GYN but I really liked her."

She is thorough, listens and addresses all concerns, is committed to providing a safe and clean environment physically, as well as providing emotional support during exams. I would suggest her to any woman, of any age, in any stage of feminine health. Her staff is competent, welcoming and efficient. I have not been to another office that has had such all around professional and personal standards."
