"Negligent, dirty, and will not provide the care you need. This was my final straw with Advanced Women's Health Care. There is a reason they are the only practice in the area who can get you in with an appointment. Because those, like me, who have been there, never want to come back. I started seeing the doctor here during the pandemic, when no other office could get me in, and I had a serious health issue. The doctor was kind, and helpful, but the office was run so poorly, and was kept very dirty, that my condition was actually compromised. Trash cans in exam rooms were overstuffed with blood soaked papers, and waste. The doctor recommended I have a urine sample. I went into the bathroom where 20 cups filled with urine sat in the middle of the bathroom on a small table. None had names. Bathroom was also dirty, with overstuffed trashcans, and waste on the floor. To no surprise, my urine test was never done. A few days went by and the infection that I didn't know I had due to the urine test never being performed, had got even worse and I had to rush to the ER. This could have been caught earlier and never gotten to the point it was if the doctors office had simply run the urine test. Recently I went in again for a minor problem (January 2023). The office was a little cleaner. Trash cans had been emptied, bathroom was in good condition. I figured maybe the last visit was just a bad day, and oversight. Doctor ordered a urine test again. To my dismay, ONCE AGAIN, the urine test was never run. My condition worsened as I waited for days for results, and I had to rush to another provider to get care. I then received a bill for the office visit, despite never actually getting the care that I went in to receive. I asked the office to please remove this charge, due to the circumstances of their negligence, and my need to see another provider due to their neglect. They refused! I wasn't going to leave this review, but their neglect on TWO occasions, followed by their unwillingness to make a situation right deserves a warning to others to STAY AWAY."

"Service are very poor. I have heavy bleeding since 10 days. She prescribed me medicine and that medicine not helping me so I called many times left the message too but no response come and finally said to take appointment. I already taken appointment but she said without appointment doctor can’t response. So my question is how kind of doctor u r if ur patient in danger u r just looking money. I recommend money minded doctor. Better take other options"

"Customer service is so poor. Most of time if you call at reception they will ask to hold and then they will disconnect. Even some time if you have issue and try to leave message for doctor . The doctor will never return to your message . They will ask to take appointment even if you call them within a week. Doctor prescribed some medicine to my wife and when I called the doctor , she was not rechable and at reception they picked the phone after 2 days and asked us to take appointment. I feel they are money minded and poor patient care . I will not recommned this doctor for any women health care service. Unless you are ready for frequent appointment for any simple concern if you want to discuss with doctor."

"Dr. Khadija was a replacement doctor after the one I had left. My previous doctor planned a full hysterectomy with me, explaining in detail why and how. Dr Khadija performed the surgery... Oh so I thought. I woke up in my hospital room, in great pain. A man walked in and told me HE was my surgeon. I had never met him beforehand. He had a horrible bedside manner. They sent me home after 24hrs, even though I was sick post surgery. Within 12 hours of being home, I had a temp of 104, complete body shivers and was being rushed via ambulance back to the hospital. I had sepsis throughout the operation area. I spent the next month in the hospital and then a nursing home. Several drains and various strong antibiotics via IV pic line. Thank God for the hospital infection doctor for taking care of me. Dr Khadija was still telling the ER my problems were fine and I didn't need the help. Needless to say I banned her from treating me. Two years later I am still having issues. My bladder and intestines are still impacted by the infection I sustained. I should have trusted my gut. I had a funny feeling when I first met Dr Awan. Poor communication, poor bedside manner. I only hope what happened to me never happens again."

"I have no idea why there are bad reviews for Dr Maryam she is incredible. I could not get through this pregnancy without her literally! Her staff has been nothing but kind and courteous to me this entire nine months! Time and time again I have arrived late, I live over an hour away and have to take I95, but never have they turned me down. I know for other doctors offices they would not be this accommodating not to mention I would be a bit irked if someone kept arriving late for an appt for me... but not one of the staff members has ever shown anything but professionalism and respect. I cannot thank the staff here enough they truly go above and beyond for their patients. The dr is knowledgeable, kind, concerned, courteous, and efficient. If you have any questions she answers them fully. She turns an extremely nerve wracking experience into something fun and enjoyable—which it should be! She has never made me feel uncomfortable and has always kept me in the “know”. This place truly does go above and beyond. So if you want a place that doesn’t treat you like another number, I would absolutely recommend here! Bring the whole family! Thank you again!"
