"Staff is exceptionally rude. They first called & advised they needed to reschedule an appointment I'd waited 4 months for to 2 days later - I was fine with that. The morning of the appointment, they call asking me to arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork (even though I completed all the paperwork they sent me online). They reference a 1pm appointment - I correct them and tell them my appt is for 11am. The caller rudely states "it's at 1!" I go through my texts and find 2 text confirmations that my appointment is at 11am. Their address states Suite 207, but when you pull into the Medical Center, there are 3 different buildings - I go to Bldg 2 (since it's Suite 207) just to be told I should be in Bldg. 1. I go back to Bldg 1 and the elevator is broken, so I head for the stairs. Upon entering, I can look at the receptionists face and tell I'm not welcomed. The waiting room is empty so I assume the office planned to close early that day. Since I arrived at 11:10 (due to initially going to the wrong building), I was told I couldn't be seen! Outrageous! This tracks with other reviews I've read - just wish I would've listened to others."

"A doctor who rolls her eyes while her patient is speaking! Completely unprofessional to say the least. Dr. Tildon-Burton you may have been at the top of your profession years ago but now your beside manner is despicable! You should be embarrassed! Patients leave your office feeling terrible about themselves. I'm assuming at your old age you have forgotten to be empathetic. Do the community a favor and hang up your hat, it's seriously dusty!!!!!!"

"LADIES DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!!! This was my first time going for a annual visit.. Entire staff including Janice - POOR QUALITY. Rude beyond measure, unmannerly, huge lack of common courtesy!! You would think women staff interacting with women patients in a service as such would be a little more caring, more hospitable, but that is def. not the case here. After meeting Janice T-Burton, it is clear as to why she allows her practice to be ran so poorly. She herself is unprofessional, condescending and judgmental. My appointment was cut very short as I did not feel comfortable around Janice and the way she chose to advise me. I waited almost a month for this appointment and tried to hold out as long as I could for the sake of getting a refill of bc prescribed again as per my insurance so this annual was important to me. Janice started reviewing my answers in the new patient packet and proceeded to keep questioning me about the answers I provided. I tried to the best of my ability to answer all questions with what information I knew (such as medical background, family history) but she didn't seem satisfied with my answers. I took offense to her tone and the constant look of confusion every time I tried to communicate with her about things that I had questions about (planb, ovary cleanses, etc). She was overly impudent and very dismissive. I vocalized that the energy in the room was seemingly taking a negative turn and that we should refocus on the initial purpose of my visit. I'm assuming she felt disrespected by the comment bc she snidely walked out leaving me to put on the medical gown to get ready for my exam. Her attitude was disgusting and I ended up telling her that I felt uncomfortable and walked out. I did not feel comfortable being in an intimate setting with this woman AT ALL. She did not create an environment where I felt as if I could trust my doctor. This is not a game, you are dealing with women's health and "Drs" such as Janice should not deserve to practice with these highly regarded medical licenses without also having knowledge of how to run a business and positively & POLITELY interact with patients. Best of luck to this practice."

"I've been going to this Practice for 21 years and have had nothing but pleasurable experiences. The staff is super friendly and Dr. Tildon-Burton is just the Sweetest. She is very helpful and pays attention to detail when it comes to being pregnant. I've experienced her reliving 2 if my boys are both time was an awesome Experience. Would highly recommend."
