"She horrible, I had leave her cause her action and nursing staff. I have insurance that pays for my medical for past three refills her staff and her have been sending bands that they know my insurance won’t cover it. I have never had a doctor or staff that have just treated me like I was wrong than a dog. I ask to speak to her about labs her nursing staff saw it and yet I never got a call than when after for a refill they try tell me I couldn’t get it till my labs were done even though I never got answers or call a when ask about it a month before. The person above them took their side cause why believe a young mix colored girl I have family that say same thing. My sister went to her last week and even said she acting very fake that someone must gotta with her I’m happy she changing her attitude but I shouldn’t have been disrespected just for that to happen. I would give no stars if I could please don’t go to her if you thinking about it unless your white person she just now trying black people right and that cause of what I had go through I never had a doctor who just so fake and nasty. The staff she has under her are the same. I will be heard this not okay that doctor and nurses are trying someone like trash but I was wrong for telling the truth about how I was being treated Rob, Herman and Lynda you need be fired I will stand on that. I have still have everything so I will be taking them all to court this has to stop. Not in health care you are playing with peoples lives that alone they need be they can’t think they keep doing it. Not my black and color I won’t stand for it"

"Initially I thought Dr. Kim Herman would be great for me. I chose a bigger practice thinking someone would be available for any medical issues that may arise. However, when I did get sick I could never see her, her counterpart, or anyone else in the UofM Family Practices. I was told that sick people go to Urgent Care, which is obviously billed at a higher rate for visits. When I asked Dr. Herman about it at my yearly appointment; she told me that this is how they do business. After hearing about their staff shortages and how hard it is to hire qualified physicians, I told her that was not my problem. But perhaps if they'd offer more money they may get more candidates. She then told me that if I wasn't happy there, then I should look elsewhere. Well I did, I went to MD Primary Physicians--and they are absolutely what a doctor group should be. Not to mention they have evening & weekend hours. I look forward to a very long relationship with them. As for University of MD practices; good riddance! I assumed that all medical personnel practice medicine for the patients, and not for their own agendas. Not the case with UofM. If you intend on having a doctor or group of doctors to tend to your medical needs as they arise--avoid this group by all costs!"

"I have been a patient here for almost a year and I have been very happy with my treatment and the service that I have been provided. When it is flu season you might have to wait to be seen due to high volume of patients but that is to be expected. Dr. Herman takes the time to listen to what you are telling her and when Dr. G covers for her for sick visits he listens and takes notes about your concerns. I recommend this office to anyone looking for realistic primary care providers."
