"This location is now focused on app purchases, and not focused on walk in orders. The people are nice and trying hard, so let's give them credit. However, it's easy to see this location is about moving as many orders as possible with as few people as possible. If this is an experiment, count me out. No chairs, no tables, not a place to meet a friend."

"The staff are so nice, but the construction has destroyed this place. I’m on a 37 minute wait for a coffee. They haven’t figured out staffing and everything is exponentially slower and more complicated than before. And now there’s nowhere to sit and wait. People are canceling orders left and right - it’s a mess. Bad move Starbucks."

"Staff is super friendly. However, mobile orders take priority over in-person orders now. It’s lacking a cozy vibe and is no longer a place to hangout. It feels very sterile and is meant for just getting in and getting out. Wawa has the same quality drinks for a lower cost."

"The slowest Starbucks I have ever encountered; twice I’ve had to call corporate to cancel my order because it’s running late 20-30 min for one coffee. The staff is nice, that is the best thing about this Starbucks. The remodel does not do the Starbucks any favors. Order ahead or you’re in for an even longer wait. Tip: if you want your drink to taste like it is supposed to go in the afternoon, they tend to taste way better"

"It's a shame I know it's not the employees faults necessarily. But I waited 30 minutes for a drink... the mobile order only is clearly not working. They're so slammed.. and no offense but hearing the employees say to each other "it's just coffee guys remember" while they're clearly taking their sweet time when they're swamped.. you have a bunch of upset people waiting 20-30 min for coffee just to hear you guys all saying how it's just coffee no big deal. But people don't have all day to be waiting for coffee.. they had no sense of urgency or priority. Really disappointing. The coffee tasted fine I mean 30 min after I was supposed to get it. Starbucks is supposed to be fast and efficient... it's just a shame, this mobile order only isn't working for them.."
