"Never again will I step into this Dunkin’ donut. The manager was very rude, was short 2 cents on my order instead of breaking another dollar, I picked up 2 cents from the bowl sitting in front of register, manger told me I was stealing from their tip jar. I went out to car came back with 25 cents gave it to manager. She was very loud, broadcasting to whole store that I stole tip money. Many store have a change bowl for those who need a penny take a penny and many times I leave my change. Never again will I step a foot in that store. They just lost a customer and does the company sanction a tip jar?"
"It's not the greatest service, but it's not absolutely terrible. Wouldn't go back, though. Drink was made wrong. When in a touristy area, it's not exactly great having to sit through traffic to get the correct drink, so I lived with it. Has browns were completely burnt/dried out though. It's literally hard as a rock. Didn't believe my wife when she pulled on out and chucked it at the ground. Was still solid afterward"
