"April at this location has a BAD attitude and absolutely NO customer service. She called me after I requested a call to discuss my account. The way she spoke to me as if I was a child she was reprimanding was absolutely disgusting and made me feel uncomfortable with her having access to my account. I couldn't even get a word in because she went on a long, unnecessarily rude rant. I'm waiting on their "executive customer service" to respond so that my concern can hopefully be heard by someone that can get her some people skills and training. Ick."
