"My daughter walked in 15 minutes prior to closing. There was one person in front of her. When the counter person was done with that customer she refused to serve my daughter because it was then 2pm closing time. My daughter said but I have been standing here for 15 minutes. The counter person would only say and it’s 2pm we are closed. The manager, Amber, handled this by saying sorry she is a foreigner and new."
"On phones, slow, sometimes 1 person working, mostly just walking around, waited 10 minutes for sandwich and coffee and there was only 2 people in the store as customers. If you are in a hurry avoid this place, if you like to stand and wait for no reason, you will not be disappointed"
