"The Bismarcks were amazing. We used the drive thru and it went efficiently. They are under construction right now so the atmosphere was questionable, but we went for the doughnuts!"

"Ordered online and apparently there was a glitch in the system. I told the girl(think her name was Alicia) at the drive thru that I didn't order a a particular item. She was very rude and had an attitude. Called this one girl who I think was in charge, think her name was Megan over and told her about the situation. Well she practically yelled when she was talking to me. So loud that several other workers came to window to see who I was. They were more worried about their drive thur numbers than making this right. One comment Alicia said "well our drive thur number good until this". Starbucks offer better customer service so that's where my business will go from now on."

"11am: Very busy. Blue shirt appears to be focused but bitter & unapproachable. Coffee order was wrong. Lady at register was exceptionally accommodating and friendly. Really appreciated her demeanor. Blue shirt should try to smile, it wouldn't hurt her."

"This particular Dunkin is hit or miss. Most of the time they miss their mark with me. I have ordered a Chai latte multiple times. I have only gotten Chai once. The rest have been coffee. I can't drink coffee. Also, it is never full of milk. Usually only 2/3 full. From now on it just get donuts. The only thing they get right."
