"Today at around 2 me and my family went here and it was the worst experience ever. We sat in the car outside and did the mobile order, the workers inside locked the door when they saw us like they were scared. They didn't open the door until we showed that we ordered, they looked so annoyed that we were even there. We waited so long and the orders were so disorganized, my food was cold and it was an pathetic attempt at loaded hash browns(I'm 13 and could do way better than this.) It was in a coffee cup, barely had anything in it and it was almost $4! The workers were clearly ignorant and racist. My mom simply said "You missed the muffin in my order" with no attitude or anything and the lady turned around and rolled her eyes. This was a terrible experience and the workers need to be fired."

"my family and i came there to order and we all decided to order online in the car & then just pick it up so we waited in the parking lot while we did that and then one of the staff came and locked the door . we asked them to open it because they acted like they couldn’t see us waiting at the door and they told us to go around and we said we had mobile orders so they let us in finally & none of the staff wanted to help . they were clearly profiling us & being very ignorant but we just tried not to let it get to us . then we realized that they didn’t warm up any of our food even tho they took more than enough time to give us all our stuff and wanted to triple check receipts so we went around the drive through & a young girl was extremely rude & laughed in my moms face while she was trying to explain that we are humans and don’t deserve to be treated that way . every staff member in there today around 2 needs to be fired . they’re racist , ignorant and lack kindness & respect . every single one of them are sad excuses for human beings . do better"

"Coffee was made great. They actually mixed my iced coffee which anyone who goes to Dunkin often enough knows is a rare occurrence. However, I ordered a sandwich and a stuffed croissant… both of which were burnt on the outside and still ICE COLD inside. The man who took my order was absolutely miserable. No smile, no warmth or kindness at all. They weren’t overly busy, at 10am on a Thursday. Definitely no reason for the poor food. Again, the coffee was made perfectly and that’s what I went for. So added a star for that. The rest… I could have done without."

"App wasn’t working, manager had the inside doors locked turning customers away or to the drive thru, got a bagel with cream cheese. What’s this?"

"The worse ever, I searched for A Dunkin closest to me while traveling in glassboro and this popped up and I immediately went but didn’t realize the reviews were so bad and just saw why! The lady at drive thru Seemed not to care about our order and it was wrong! She tried to fix but yet drink was still wrong and food was horrendous! I told her the sandwich she gave us was burned and she said that’s how our toaster is but I’ll do it again! She seemed not to care and gave us a cold sandwich which she supposedly put in the toaster!"
