"Poor customer service. The doughnuts old and stale. The employee was nice but the manager is so unprofessional it's sad. Go to dunkin's the donuts are fresh the coffee's fresh and the service is fast and the managers way more professional oh and by the way it was like 11am and they had no glazed donuts so they gave me old mess that was obviously a day or more old smh. Just close"

"This place didn’t have ANY of the pumpkin donuts shown online. Nor did they have most of their normal donuts! Was only able to get two of the five donuts we actually wanted! This place needs some HELP! Wouldn’t recommend. Better off going to Virginia Beach or farther north or even Walmart/Royal Farms to get the ones they carry. Extremely disappointing!"

"The doughnuts are amazing but the restaurant is rather dingy and could use a good cleaning or upgrade. The employees seem to be bored or stressed. They were out of glazed doughnuts. How is that even possible?"

"Great place for anyone of any age. Had an amazing time here with two young girls and 4 older ones as well. They do make fresh doughnuts for you to eat straight off the assembly line around 10am and 4pm. A dozen original glazed cost 9.99 and a dozen assorted doughnuts cost 10.99. You can watch the doughnuts being made. They also sell an assortment of beverages. They have an amazing atmosphere and the employees are incredibly kind."
