"Leaves you on hold for 30 minutes and hangs up on you. Or doesn't answer the phone at all. You can only withdraw from the one ATM they have, or you get a fee for using even free atms at Wawa. Needs you to bypass the pin every time you shop else it's a $3 fee. Sometimes you aren't allowed to bypass pins. You'll be waiting 30 min in the lobby just to get your card reactivated because they canceled it because they flagged something as fraud. Every time you overdraft they charge you $30.00. the app doesn't send you a notification before you overdraft so you could overdraft it many times on the same day for small purchases. This is on purpose. You can have a pending deposit and they will still charge you overdraft fees. Try getting them on the phone or getting an email back or anything when someone actually steals your card and it's on camera. They really are difficult to get a hold of. I have never banked with a credit union that had worse customer service or stricter rules and worse penalties. This bank is medieval with it. Too bad there isn't an alternative credit union here."
"Tech support is literally the desk folks which do their best. God bless them. Mobile app sucks. Great people work there. Online, I can't log in to get important info I need for a legal case because "site is down" come on!!!!!"

"They will freeze your card if you buy stuff 2 hours away from your home. it has happened to me more than once and I couldn't get in contact with someone to unfreeze it after calling. I also once tried to go in person because I couldn't get help with something online just for the elderly black woman there to flat out tell me it had to be done online when it couldn't because there's literally no option. No online help support in the slightest and calling only works some of the time. Don't waste your time when only half the employees care about you and doing their job correctly."
