"2 stars based on multiple visits of poor quality food and service but here are details on 2 of them. I understand things happen but a simple apology goes way further than dismissive excuses. 2 times I've experienced an issue that causes major delays and instead of turning off mobile ordering they let the problem get exponentially worse. On top of that they break their promise of a refund when there was blocked access to the store. Today was ridiculous. 55 minutes wait in the drive thru (no exaggeration) due to "computer issue" and I get that its frustrating but then why not turn off mobile ordering! They were kind enough to remake my coffee when I asked but the food was ice cold and congealed. Prices are significantly higher than any other DD in the area. Starbucks across the way can't open fast enough. Prices, believe it or not are cheaper and way more consistent in quality. And people... if your are ordering crafted drinks for your entire office GO INSIDE!"

"It’s take at least 20 mins to get coffee even with online orders. The excuse is always they are short staffed.. yet the staff that is working is more interested in whatever is on their phone with their AirPods in. There is a difference between short staff and inefficient workers! Worst service ever."

"Mobile ordering at this location is a joke, I don’t know why we keep trying!!! Literally took half an hour to get 2 drinks ordered ahead via mobile. Could have gone through the drive through 4 times by the time we got our drinks!!!"

"This place is ALWAYS packed but staff are typically very friendly and working fast. My main complaint is their frozen coffees. They either are barely blended to where you chew on ice every sip or are like the attached picture. I ordered a medium and the cup wasn't even close to full. I removed the whip cream,didn't take a single sip, and you can see how low it is. I did the order ahead because I was on my way to work. I wanted to complain but they were busy and I felt rude asking them to make another all over again. The staff get the stars and the inconsistency is what knocked it down from 5 for me"
