"The mango monsoon smoothie was great. But the customer service was next level. As I walked in the staff opened the door, greeted me at the desk took my order and a couple minutes later they handed me my smoothie AND opened the door for me out. First time coming here and I’ll be back! 10/10"

"Tropical smoothie has held a special place in my heart for the past few years. But recently the quality has sadly decreased. Today I ordered a smoothie and there was a price of plastic in the smoothie from the bottom of the straw. The manager would not give any form of a refund and claimed it was our fault that there was plastic in the bottom of the smoothie because my little brother chewed on the top of the straw. He had almost swallowed it but we luckily caught it. I now have took my further smoothie future to planet smoothie!!"

"This was my first time in Delaware during a business trip from Miami, and I was really craving a smoothie. When I walked into the establishment, I was surprised to find that I was the only customer, while there were seven employees present. However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment as I stood there for a full four minutes, waiting for one of them to acknowledge and help me. What made the situation even more frustrating was the fact that two of the employees looked directly at me and then proceeded to turn their backs, resuming whatever they were doing. This blatant display of disregard and lack of customer service ultimately led me to leave the establishment. VERY DISAPPOINTED"

"Tried this location despite the terrible reviews. We actually had a decent experience. The sandwiches were good and the smoothies were delicious, but we waited forever. The staff was nice, but not warm and friendly. Big difference. No one even said hello. Overall, we'd go back, but I'd definitely order online and just pick it up."
