"Simple orders (regular coffee and one donut) seem to take a long time in the drive-thru, so I started going inside to order. The staff is young- not very attentive, poor customer service skills (lackluster greetings, no eye contact, no "have a good day") and usually chatting or on their phones more than working. The inside is dirty. Tables have spilled drinks and crumbs, the floor doesn't look like it's been swept or cleaned in a while. This location needs better supervision. I'll go elsewhere."
