"Ashley in the drive thru was rude and condescending. I've been a member for almost 13 years and the customer service has unfortunately diminished. I will be switching all direct deposits to my other bank going forward. No need to argue or stress, they will just no longer have my business. My mom and sister have also switched banks in the last year for similar reasons. I hope Del One is aware that the bank tellers on the front line are running loyal customers away."
"Recently purchased a car, and it was financed through DelOne. The first payment was due on 7 Oct. 2022. I paid it on 13 Oct. 2022. My paperwork work states that the "past due" date is on 17 Oct. 2022. Today (14 Oct 2022) I get a call from DelOne stating my payment has not been made yet. I was confused and said I would take care of it. I am thinking, maybe I did not. However, when I went to go do it again I saw it was "pending" on my bank account. Therefore, I called back and explained that I had paid it with my debit card through the DelOne app. The lady explained to me that when you pay that way it can take up to 10 days to clear/post. She further explained that, "in most cases, customers who use the app or website to pay their loans usually end up getting hit with a late fee". She then explained that it is faster to call in and payment over the phone, HOWEVER; there is a $10 fee to do it by phone. Therefore, pay via the internet, get hit with a late fee, pay by phone get hit with a transaction fee. i thought this was suppose to be a "CREDIT UNION" not a bank? I then rhetorically asked, "so in order to get the payment done faster we have to pretend it is 1990 and call in. That calling in a payment is faster than the internet? This is ridiculous and this is the same problem I ran into with Dover FCU. They both seem to be stuck in the year 1990 when it comes to technological advances. I have an auto laon through Capitol One and another through GM Finance. Cap One is located in in California, GM Finance is located in Texas. I make my payments via my debit card, and both INSTANTLY show up as paid on my account. What is wrong with you DelOne? Get it together. In either case, the moment I can I am switching my loan to Capital One or my main bank."
"Karon Barbour should not be a memener of management by any means she has zero customer service or even people skills absolutely rude and annoyed by having to do HER job and uses the manager title to refuse to do parts of her job which is absolutely disgustingly unacceptable ! There is no reason Karon Barbour chose to fault me for your outside pull up teller machine eating my check but Karon definitely blamed me and then refused to help me in any way shape or form ! This is unbelievable and unacceptable ! Give me my check or credit for the amount of my check !"

"I'm unable to access my online banking between the hours of 12am and 5am...very inconvenient. I live in Dover, Delaware, half way between 2 Del-one Branches."
