"I love this place. The 1st time i came here with my friend, she introduced me to this place and that same day she introduced me i went back there 2 more times the same day. Their food is delicious and so are their drinks. They even recommend you things for people who have dietary restrictions and vegetarian options. The staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable. I love this place and will always be returning back."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. My friend, who LOVES tropical smoothie, recently ordered a smoothie and requested minimal accommodations due to dietary restrictions. The employee not only messed up the order, but they knew they messed up the order and immediately began to make a new one. Instead of staying silent, or even apologizing for the mix-up and extra waiting time, the employee said to my friend that making changes to an order "feels like they're doing open heart surgery" along with other snide comments. Not sure why this unnecessary statement was said openly to my friend and not in the break room, but it is disheartening to witness an employee try to degrade customers, especially when my friend's hard-earned money is spent on a smoothie from here. We're not rich and your smoothies are not cheap. My friend went there for a good time, so it's sad when good times are ruined because of snarky comments. So many people order tropical smoothie because of the dietary accommodations that can be made and trying to make people feel bad because of that is downright cruel. I hope that management is reading this and plans to better train their staff on customer service (or even just sharing comments when they are not around customers)."

"I usually go to the Tropical Cafe on Kirkwood Hwy and I should’ve stuck with that one. The food was trash but their customer service that followed up on the survey was amazing. That is the only reason why I changed my rating."
