"EXTREMELY unprofessional! Received a call at 10am in regards to my application and was told if I provided all of my information I would be able to come in same day at 6pm to close my loan. Was dealing with Edward. Uploaded all information, timely as requested. I called the office as I was on my way (after I had already received an email saying all the requested information was received) only to be told they needed more information. I told the girl I was already on my way since Edward said 6pm sharp. I said I would upload the other couple papers that she said were missing and the girl told me that she could try to get it reviewed but because they were so short staffed she couldn’t make any guarantees so more than likely they couldn’t get me in at 6. I called back when I realized I wasn’t going to be able to get them the info on time and asked if I should just reschedule and Edward jumped down my throat accusing me of being aggressive, simply by asking a question on what time I could be scheduled for (he told me he didn’t know and that if I felt it in my heart to cancel my loan I could do so). The only person aggressive was EDWARD! It is not my issue that you are short staffed. Take that out on someone else. He told me I could be transferred to another office and when I asked him for information he told me I could google it and figure it out myself. Never again will I ever attempt to give my business to this location!"

"I have come across a few issues with my account with situations not being clarified Or resolved. After having issues with my personal bank, with Overdraft fees OneMain had assured me they would have covered all fees. They never returned my call, and never returned my emails. However, when something goes wrong from the customers end, such as payment being one day late they immediately reach out to you daily."

"This is how wonderful OneMain is: I bought the truck, contacted OneMain, I was transferred to the correct in-state person, did the paperwork, was tentatively approved over the phone pending submission of the remaining papwework, went to the office the same day with the paperwork, completed the process, the loan was approved, the check was overnighted to the dealer, when I got there it was already delivered. I drove home happy. It was really that simple!!!!!!!! There was absolutely nothing to complain about. Thanks OneMain."
