"While the requested repair to the exterior of our Toyota RAV4 was done timely and well, damage was done to the interior of our car when they were cleaning it which the owner would not take responsibility for. This has required us to now take our car to another shop the repair a torn steering wheel that the owner labelled as 'normal wear and tear' when there had been no damage to the steering wheel prior. This lack of accountability for damage done outside the purview of the actual job makes me unable to recommend this auto body shop to anyone, even though the repair personnel were very helpful in trying to help resolve this issue, the owner did not take responsibility."
