"Religiously brought my 2018 infinity here for oil changes every 8k miles as the manual suggested. Once my car hit 30k miles, I got a bucking and misfire, the car wouldn’t go above 20 mph. I couldn’t believe it when I saw the original Nissan oil filter was on the car. Brought the car in for repair at infinity , and they found sludge all in the oil. It looks to me like the 3 years of “oil changes” were actually park the car around back, and call me in 2 hours to collect my money…Thank You T and S for skipping the most simple service that would take you all of 15 minutes to complete. Because of your laziness, you cost me $18K in engine replacement. Word from the wise, if you ever plan to use T and S, you better watch everything they do."
