"I had a fabulous experience at Benz Express. Joseph walked me through the service schedule and the shop’s service philosophy. He spent a lot of time answering my questions and learning the maintenance history of my car. He called me twice during the day (at exactly the times he said he would) to keep me updated on the service. Then, when I picked up the car, he offered to go out for a ride with me in the car to ensure that it drove to my satisfaction. I cannot imagine what he could have done to improve the service experience. Bravo! I will be back for my next maintenance."
