"Always expect to have young workers on duty with miserable attitudes and poor work ethics. God forbid if you want your salad made a certain way you better believe it’s gonna be made with attitude. I have never come here and had a “great experience”. I feel like more of a bother than a customer. There are 4 individuals I could pick out that I get service from that absolutely SUCK. I’m not one to complain but geez maybe you guys need to hire more of age “adults” or something. Today was my last day getting anything from this location. It should be taught to leave your problems at the door or don’t come at all. No type of greeting walking in the door not a smiling face. Atmosphere sucked and customer service sucked. Let’s just hope their bad energy didn’t rub off on my food."

"Meh. For a restaurant named Saladworks, my opinion is that the salad should be fresh at all times. It was okay, not exactly rotted, but definitely not fresh. Unfortunately, all the mix-ins were jumbled together, and we got craisins in our salad somehow. Thank goodness it wasn't shrimp because that will kill me if I eat it. The staff is usually nice enough, it's a shame that the restaurant is kept dirty. No napkins or knives are available. It's good enough food in a pinch, but definitely not our go-to for a quick meal. I wonder if Saladworks is going out of business, and maybe that's why it's going downhill?"

"Spent 47 dollars with a 5 dollar tip included for an online order. Two salads and a soup for me and my girl. These workers absolutely suck, they literally didn’t add the extra premiums when I paid extra for it and a tiny cup a sauce for damn near $50 dollars bro like this why I don’t work a 9-5 but damn bro you really trashed my food and I tipped y’all when I had to drive and get it and everything. Unreal lol"
