"Very well communicating about the repairs. However, the estimated fix time was longer than I was told. Perhaps, they should had waited to see the car in more detail to tell me the actual expected date of completion of the repair. Just by looking at it they gave me an estimated date of completion that was very opposite to the actual. Also repairs came up to be higher than first told- so that also changed."

"brought my car for minor front end damage after a little over a month i finally got my car back but to see it with mismatching badges, no sound deadening on door then when installed they didn't do it right, clips broken, missing pieces of the door panel, zip ties holding my panel underneath the car and 50% of the bumper clips weren't fully on. They made me come back 4 times and throughout that they broke my window buttons. Will never go back to that place again. Do they not have any type of inspection procedure before giving back to the customer."
