"I work for a company that uses Crumdale Partners and I have had nothing but issues with my benefits. My max out of pocket is supposed to be $5000(ind)/$10000(family) but the benefits they enrolled me in are $6750(ind)/$13500(family). My HR reached out to Crumdale Partners on 8/1 to have this issue fixed. After 1 month of no response from Crumdale Partners and 3 more requests for someone to contact me to have this issue fixed, I was finally contact by Crumdale Partners on 9/1. A whole month for them to just respond to my request. I was told to wait 10 days for the fix. It is now 9/15, 15 days after they said it would be fixed and it still isn't. I reached out for an update on 9/13 and still no response. I don't see why anyone would do business with this company. You have to wait a month, just a response and a month and a half later you still wont have a solution. Edit: Someone responded saying that they were going to reach out to me to provide explanation. I just wanted to note, nobody has contact me from Crumdale Partners. This is what they do. They tell you someone will contact you but they never do. This is the Crumdale Partners way. Ignore their response, it completely a lie."
