"Their prices are ok but they never answer the phone and when they do they put you on hold and send you to voice mail, the customer service has gotten so bad this year. They usually lock the doors like 5 min before closing time and talk to you like your dumb. it's crazy. what happened to the other ladys that used to work there? they were so kind and knew what they were doing."

"Just needed to take off insurance usually takes 2min2 sec in and out especially when no customer are inside but today not so much Literally just sat at this place looking around for lord knows how long after I was asked what I need help with by someone told her and she puts me on to wait for someone that’s still on the phone but she just got done being busy the reason she approached me but walk away and sit down..umm ok (patiently waiting)all phone conversations was complete and business handled before mines (patiently waiting)no customers inside by the way not even another phone call after that just looking around me and at me for what feels like forever until someone finally decided to realize they have a customer (one customer) like it was a desk like five steps from me but she just kept looking but never offered to help (another turned her chair around to me that means outta site outta mind right) and the person who asked act like it was gonna cause her such a trouble...4 employees and one customer Today was just PATHETIC they need to do better"
