"I had to get my daughters eyes checked so we went to MyEyeDr. My Husband dropped her off with my 19 year old son and was told, here's the payment for the exam please wait to get your frames. The tech smiled at my Husband and said "We got you Dad " They did the exam and walked my daughter right to the most expensive frames and made the deal, with a minor and Dad's card. And although I had 2 insurances, they only ran 1 (the one that is the least benefits). When confronted I was told, we only use 1 and won't use both, even though I was told differently. Then the 'manager' says if you use 2 insurances you would be charged 2 co-pays and anyone who knows how to apply insurance would know that's incorrect. It's sad Dr. Halpern gave up an amazing practice to just make money and ignore the patient and their needs. Not My Eye Dr, more like Dr Eye Scam. Avoid at all costs. Edit was called at 4:58 by some girl named Carey. Left a phone number and extension that hangs up on you. Promised of a phone call back after the holidays and an email. Both lies. Still no contact with this company. Tried to call patient relations, it dumps you in a voice mail. They have zero care they allowed someone to put an almost $400 change on my account! Horrible service!!!"

"The people there are very courteous and professional. BUT, it took over 2 months to get an appointment at the location nearest my house, and for some reason the transition on my new lenses seems to be a little high. I must tilt my head down a little bit to see long distances. Keep in mind the prescription itself is perfect, it just seems like the transition between long distance and reading is a little higher than it was for my last set of glasses."

"I've always had a positive experience in this office. The staff are friendly, my wait time (if any) is always minimal, and I really like the online scheduling option. Dr Iskander was very kind and I appreciated his eye health advice. I don't use my eyeglass benefits here as there are always way too many charges and quotes are always much higher than purchasing online - but they have a great selection of frames."

"If you're looking for a good Eye Dr, this is the place. The Optometrist is very good...knowledgeable, friendly and experienced. The staff are professional and friendly with good customer service. The only downside is the prices for glasses and contacts are way too high. For a typical package which one would expect to pay around $100 -$200 (with insurance), we were quoted around $700. My recommendation is to have your exam here but purchase contacts and glasses online."
