"My husband and I originally hired another company Beach Bay Movers to move us. Beach Bay Movers showed up, took a look around, told us they had to go for rail blankets and get another guy and they never came back. From 9:30 - 3:00 we waited with a 26' truck we rented for the day. Fortunately a guy on this crew felt badly at what happened to us because apparently the owner didn't want to do the job "it was too large". Delaware Moving Solutions was called, stepped up and came right over with 3 hard working men. They stayed past dark and helped my husband and I. Took such good care of moving and packing the truck. One piece was especially heavy and hard to lift and move around steps. They constantly asked if we were happy and came to our rescue. We are so greatful for this company and these men and appreciate the quality work they provided us. "DELAWARE MOVING SOLUTIONS DESTROYED A HOUSE FULL OF MY BELONGINGS. I’ve moved 6 times previously, with no problems. This time I trusted Delaware Moving Solutions to pack my trailer. A 5-year-old could have done a better job loading: heavy boxes on top of (crushed) light boxes, furniture unwrapped and smashed together, boxes upside down and on their sides. Our elegant dining room set is completely ruined, every piece broken, gouged and scratched. To add insult to extreme injury, DMS ripped me off, charging me $100 for extra moving blankets, when they didn’t use all the blankets I provided. We treated them with kindness and respect, even serving them lunch! All we got was the shaft. Don’t let these incompetents anywhere near your prized possessions!"

"My husband found Delaware Moving Solutions simply by doing an online Google search. We were moving my mom from Northern Virginia to Lewes, Delaware and just needed a couple guys to unload the moving truck on the Lewes end. We were in a bit of a crunch as we had trouble finding a company about a week out as there are not a lot of options right in the Lewes area. Lucky for us, I got ahold of Daniel, one of the owners of the company, less than a week prior to the date and he was quick to take the business! I told him the job would only take about 90 minutes, with two hours being absolute most. He said for a smaller job like this one he and his brother, Damon, would be there between 8-8:15a.m. that morning and they indeed showed up just a few minutes after 8. They finished the job in just under 90 minutes. They even helped us get the bed put together which was a bit of a challenge! They were really nice guys, down to earth brothers who I felt I could trust. They were very respectful of our move and treated my mother very kindly. It was both a stressful and emotional day for her, and they were such nice gentlemen on top of quick and handy movers! I highly recommend their services based on my experience.
