Something I ordered was not as described in the description as far as the size so I would like to return it or exchange it but nobody gets back to me. Not on Twitter, not on Facebook, not through their email, not on the telephone, not on the 24-hour chat, nothing. There must be people there because I got the product but there’s absolutely no customer service."
