"Where do I begin?? This has been the most horrific experience that I've ever had with an insurance company. My car was totaled in November, and we are about to start February and it is still not resolved. My claim states a payment was issued January 10th and it was not. I have paid 2 car payments to car that I haven't had. The people here answer the phone and talk without making notes or doing any work. I had one of the reps tell me that the ball was dropped after waiting two weeks for an answer regarding my vehicle. Nothing was even touched on my account for weeks. I will NEVER use State Farm again simply from this experience. As soon as this is resolved, I am switching insurance. You all need to do better when playing with people's money. Goodbye and good ridden."

"This company should be shut down there saying that I was in a car accident and they paid out 15k and now there trying to cancel my policy all around there’s no police report no other insurance companys can even look up the claim number and my bill was never the same."
