"This experience w UPS was amazing! I had a package and some descrepincies in the address for delivery. Everyone at this location was extremely helpful. I was called to see what we could do to get my package but not only that-Danielle went above and beyond to fix the address issues on google and w UPS so that this doesn’t happen I’m the future. Then send me updates and follow up. Danielle made arrangements for me to pick up my package after hours and that they would wait for me. I did get my package and UPS /Danielle were just AWESOME ! Thank you!"

"Ashley was very helpful in figuring out the convoluted tracking record on my 2 parcels. They were damaged and not sent out for delivery from the distribution center, although the tracking said they were out for delivery. Tracking reported that the shipment(s) were refused. Apparently they were refused by UPS, not upon delivery at a destination. I spent the whole day trying to figure out where the driver attempted to deliver them and who refused them since it wasn't at my house. Turns out UPS had decided to return them without my knowledge. Ashley found them and allowed me to inspect them to decide for myself."
