"Tried to call the Newark Delaware office for three consecutive days to get A quote on an auto policy as well as 4 to 5 other policies to switch over from State Farm . Each time I called I waited on hold for a minimum of 30 to 45 minutes and no one picked up horrible service not a good way to earn business"

"Had them for over 5 years and my rates on home owners went through the roof. Went with AAA. Cut in more than half. Canceled with liberty in match 2023 they are still taking out 300.00 a month for insurance. Called over 5 times. Each time they promised to resolve the issue Still nothing! My only option wad to place stop payment each month at a cost of 35.00 each. They now owe me 3k!"

"The worst experience ever! I explained to them that my insurance went up from no-fault accident and collision. They said ok we will give you a better rate. The first payment was low, however the second payment was higher and continued to increase each month. So I called in to cancel because I could not afford 532 dollars a month. As result I received a 846 $ bill from them and the next bill has not even come up yet. I am now seeking legal aid regarding these unlawful charges! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!"

"Waited an hour and 20 minutes to speak with a live customer service person. Was traveling on vacation and needed help with glass replacement. Given one recommendation with no real concern about getting problem fixed until I returned home. Pleasant customer service reps but not too helpful. Very disappointed as I've been a customer since 1985 and no claims for more than 30 yrs."
